I’m not just about fitness for looks - I want to help you feel strong, steady, and less stressed in real life. For me, it’s about moving away from “sick care” and building true health. Ghar ka khana (home food) and simple habits work way better than packaged, shortcut fixes.

How I Work

  • The focus is always on your mind-body connection. Training with me isn’t just about building muscle - it’s about stress relief, sharper focus, and feeling good.
  • I use functional fitness routines so you get stronger for everyday stuff: picking up your kids, carrying bags, or just moving without pain.
  • Every plan is different. I build customized workout plans only after listening to what you want, need, and can actually do.

What Sessions Cover

  • Strength training for women and men, using dumbbells, resistance bands, and your own body weight. Especially important for women to stay strong and support bone health.
  • Yoga flows and Pranayama for flexibility and calm, plus mobility work to keep you limber.
  • Cardio and core workouts, sometimes with HIIT or Pilates-inspired moves, to boost endurance and keep your center solid.

My Story

Hey, I’m Devesh, started LIVSTYLRS because I saw too many folks swapping ghar ka khana (home food) for chips and colas. Not cool. I got deep into holistic health - 500hrs certified, even learned crystal healing. I work with kids, adults, moms-to-be, anyone wanting real change. We do more than push-ups - it’s about feeling strong, eating right, chilling your mind. You ready? चलिए (Let’s go).

My Work

What I offer - Online/offline holistic nutrition coaching, yoga (kids too), mindful strength training, B+ Rope HIIT, crystal healing, French lessons.

How I work - Whole-person approach - body, mind, food. I’m hands-on, keep it real, and you’ll hear me cheer you on.
