Online Personal Training & Yoga (12 Sessions)
Training Delivery
- Live 1-on-1 Sessions: 12 dedicated sessions conducted via video call (Google Meet).
- Real-time Feedback: Coach watches and corrects form during the workout; this is not a pre-recorded course.
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Custom Programs: Choice of Yoga (Hatha/Vinyasa), Strength Training, or a Hybrid mix.
Nutrition Strategy
- Home-Cooked Focus: Diet plan based strictly on Indian meals (Roti/Sabzi/Dal) without expensive exotic ingredients.
- Health Management: Specific tweaks provided for weight loss, diabetes, or thyroid management.
- No Supplements: Philosophy focuses on natural whole foods rather than powders.
Remote Support
- Equipment Advice: Guidance on buying basic home props like resistance bands if needed.
- Holistic Elements: Inclusion of breathwork and mindfulness for stress reduction.
In-Person Personal Training (12 Sessions)
Physical Coaching
- Hands-on Sessions: 12 Face-to-Face sessions offering physical spotting for heavy lifting safety.
- Tactile Cues: Direct posture correction and assisted stretching techniques impossible to replicate online.
- Location Options: Sessions at the Provider's Home Studio (Electronic City area) or at the Client's Home.
Equipment Setup
- Studio Access: Use of hex dumbbells, barbells, workout bench, and yoga wheel at the provider's location.
- Home Visit: Coach utilizes client's space and furniture, supplementing with portable resistance bands.
Comprehensive Care
- Inclusive Diet Plan: Comes with the signature home-cooked nutrition chart.
- Safety Focus: Ideal for senior citizens (fall prevention) or rehabilitation cases needing physical presence.
- Tracking: Periodic measurement of physical vitals and progress.

Why I Train
I’m not just about fitness for looks - I want to help you feel strong, steady, and less stressed in real life. For me, it’s about moving away from “sick care” and building true health. Ghar ka khana (home food) and simple habits work way better than packaged, shortcut fixes.
How I Work
- The focus is always on your mind-body connection. Training with me isn’t just about building muscle - it’s about stress relief, sharper focus, and feeling good.
- I use functional fitness routines so you get stronger for everyday stuff: picking up your kids, carrying bags, or just moving without pain.
- Every plan is different. I build customized workout plans only after listening to what you want, need, and can actually do.
What Sessions Cover
- Strength training for women and men, using dumbbells, resistance bands, and your own body weight. Especially important for women to stay strong and support bone health.
- Yoga flows and Pranayama for flexibility and calm, plus mobility work to keep you limber.
- Cardio and core workouts, sometimes with HIIT or Pilates-inspired moves, to boost endurance and keep your center solid.

I got deep into holistic health - 500hrs certified, even learned crystal healing. I work with kids, adults, moms-to-be, anyone wanting real change.
