These snapshots show how I integrate movement into real life, not just a studio setting. I believe health is built through the small, daily choices you make at home, which is why you will see me using simple props like chairs and towels rather than complex gym machines.
My approach to health is holistic because your body does not function in isolation. When you see these sessions, you are seeing a mix of Iyengar-inspired yoga for pain management, functional strength to keep you moving as you age, and nutrition guidance that puts home-cooked food back on the table.
I work with clients across Bengaluru and at my Jigani studio. We focus on root-cause reversal, helping you navigate lifestyle issues like PCOD, thyroid, or high blood pressure through sustainable habits. I do not believe in quick fixes or crash diets. We train for everyday strength: playing with your kids, climbing stairs, or simply feeling capable in your own skin.
