Juggling film stuff and teaching yoga, I found Yin Yoga keeps me on track and lets me breathe. My approach is slow, grounded, and a bit poetic - I call it getting 'yinside'. If you’re tired of rushing, maybe you’ll like this too.
Yin Yoga isn’t about gym vibes or nailing a pose. We hang out in floor-based shapes for a few minutes, letting the body do its thing. It’s chill, meditative, influenced by Taoist philosophy. We work on fascia, joints, and all those places tension hides, not just muscles.
No one has the same bones or bends. I adapt everything to suit you - whether you’re super flexible, stiff, older, or new. The idea is to feel, not perform. If you’re curious and open to trying gentle yoga for seniors or just want to move slowly, you’ll fit right in.
Cozy space, gentle music, props like pillows and blankets, maybe a candle or some poetry. Sessions blend mindful movement for stress, long rests (‘rebound’), and sometimes journaling. Just wear comfy clothes, bring a mat, and come as you are.

My Story
My Work
Yin Yoga & Movement Workshops - I offer Yin Yoga for seniors, adapted Suryanamaskar, and creative movement classes online or in-person.
What’s Yin Yoga? - It’s slow, meditative yoga. We work with joints and fascia, letting gravity do the heavy lifting.
Inclusive for All Bodies - We use 'shape' not 'pose'. Your body’s unique, so morph the shape to suit you. All are welcome.
Warm, Cozy Vibe - Gentle music, candles, sometimes poetry. After workshops, we might grab a bite together. Community matters.
Who’s it for? - Anyone feeling stressed, curious, creative, or wanting to slow down. All ages, all backgrounds.
