Tao Te Ching is my steady friend. My vibe? Real, a little goofy sometimes, always listening - whether to birds outside or my own breath. You’ll see me mess up and laugh, because that’s how I roll. Yin Yoga & Movement Workshops - I offer Yin Yoga for seniors, adapted Suryanamaskar, and creative movement classes online or in-person.
What’s Yin Yoga? - It’s slow, meditative yoga. We work with joints and fascia, letting gravity do the heavy lifting.
Inclusive for All Bodies - We use 'shape' not 'pose'. Your body’s unique, so morph the shape to suit you. All are welcome.
