About Video & Audio Production
Why I Do What I Do
I care about making things that feel real and unhurried. For me, video and audio production is more about depth than hype. I’m drawn to slow cinema and authentic sound - those moments where you can just sit with a story or a space and really feel it.
What I Actually Offer
- Slow cinema video editing and sound design - if you want something reflective, not rushed.
- Authentic sound recording on location - I just listen, let the place speak. Whether it’s the chaos of Bangalore or the stillness of Jaipur, I try to keep it real.
- Rhythmic podcast editing - I enjoy working with all those tiny sounds and making them flow, especially for people who want content that’s more felt than flashy.
How I Work
- I like projects that value authenticity over trends. No need for flashy effects unless it fits your story.
- Collaboration is big for me. I see every project as something we’ll shape together, not just a job to finish.
- My style is pretty chill and rooted in curiosity. I go slow, pay attention, and I’m happy to work with anyone who wants to try something different.
Some Past Work
- Captured the city sounds for my 'Sounds of the City' series in places like Bangalore and Jaipur.
- Sound recordist for 'Kathi, Kathi, Kaarana' - stories about Bangalore’s workers.
- Edited and sound designed for indie films, multimedia shows, and even a binaural album on ancient rocks.
If you’re looking for meditative location audio or just a slower, more grounded approach, we might vibe well. I enjoy playful, real projects - so if that’s your thing too, let’s see what happens.

My Story
Hey, I’m Navya. I do lots of things - filmmaker, dancer, writer, bodywork explorer, and always on the move. Life’s a bit of a circus, but Yin Yoga and Taoist philosophy keep me grounded. Tao Te Ching is my steady friend. My vibe? Real, a little goofy sometimes, always listening - whether to birds outside or my own breath. You’ll see me mess up and laugh, because that’s how I roll. Being present, being playful, that’s my jam.
My Work
Yin Yoga & Movement Workshops - I offer Yin Yoga for seniors, adapted Suryanamaskar, and creative movement classes online or in-person.
What’s Yin Yoga? - It’s slow, meditative yoga. We work with joints and fascia, letting gravity do the heavy lifting.
Inclusive for All Bodies - We use 'shape' not 'pose'. Your body’s unique, so morph the shape to suit you. All are welcome.
Warm, Cozy Vibe - Gentle music, candles, sometimes poetry. After workshops, we might grab a bite together. Community matters.
Who’s it for? - Anyone feeling stressed, curious, creative, or wanting to slow down. All ages, all backgrounds.
