About this collection
We don’t believe in mass-producing our breads. Every single kulcha, paratha, and roti is hand-rolled and fired in our charcoal tandoor only after you place your order. That is why you will notice they arrive at your table with that specific smoky char and soft, layered texture you just cannot get from pre-made batches.
The Soul of the Tandoor
The tandoor is the heart of our kitchen here in Indiranagar. When you order an Amritsari Kulcha or a Lachha Paratha, we don't just heat it up; we start from scratch. Our dough is prepared daily, using the same 100-year-old masala knowledge my Papa passed down. This is why our breads have a depth of flavor that complements our curries rather than just acting as a spoon.
More Than Just a Side
We treat our rice dishes with the same respect as our mains. Take our Matar Pulao, for instance. We cook it with whole spices and fresh aromatics to ensure it stands on its own. It is not just boiled rice with peas thrown in; it is a fragrant, standalone treat that pairs perfectly with our signature Dal Makhani or Paneer Lababdar. If you are looking for a complete meal, our Chicken Biryani is slow-cooked in a clay pot to lock in the juices and the aroma of our hand-ground spices.
The Final Touch
A good meal is all about the balance. We serve our breads with house-made mint chutney and vinegar onions, which cut through the richness of the charcoal-cooked meats and buttery dals. It is a simple detail, but it is how we have always done things. Whether you are dining in with your family or ordering delivery for a quiet night at home, our focus remains on delivering the same authentic experience that has kept us going for 25 years.
Kund Indian Barbeque
I am Suman. Growing up at Kund, I learned that a meal is incomplete without the right bread to soak up the gravy. My family has spent 25 years refining our tandoor work so that every bite you take is exactly how it should be—fresh, smoky, and honest.
