Our gravies are all about patience. We use 100-year-old family masalas and pure desi ghee to get that perfect balance of heat and richness. Here is a look at the curries we have been cooking up in Indiranagar for the last 25 years.

Watch our chef in action, preparing a classic Chicken Tikka Masala from scratch with fresh ingredients and our signature spice blend.

A perfect pairing: our creamy Paneer Lababdar served with a basket of hot, fluffy Butter Naan.

Listen to the sizzle of our Tawa Veg. We slow-cook a mix of Indian and exotic vegetables on a tawa to bring out their natural flavours.

We always serve our food fresh and hot. Here you can see our vibrant Palak Paneer and another rich, tomato-based curry being garnished just before serving.

A comforting meal of Paneer Lababdar and Chicken Tikka Masala, served with our special Amritsari Kulcha.

Another view of our delicious curries and bread, a combination that our guests have loved for years.

Our Tawa Veg is a 'chatpata' and slightly spicy mix of vegetables marinated in our secret masala, perfect with a Tandoori Roti or Lachha Paratha.

A favourite combination for many of our guests: our signature Dal Makhani and Paneer Butter Masala with fresh naan.

About Our Signature Curries

Our signature Dal Makhani is never made in a hurry. We slow-cook it overnight until it develops that creamy, dense texture you just cannot get with quick-fix methods. It is the same recipe my Papa started with 25 years ago, and we refuse to change a single step of the process.
