Our tandoor is always fired up and our rice is slow-cooked, bringing the real taste of Punjab directly to your table.

Our Butter Garlic Naan comes with 50% extra taste. It is soft, fluffy, and loaded with garlic and butter, fresh from the tandoor.

Roti shenanigans. Our Butter Naan is a love that is soft and warm, the perfect companion for any of our rich curries.

Our cravings for naan are non negotiable. Here is our classic naan, ready to be paired with your favourite spicy curry.

May your weekend be as awesome and delicious as our freshly made Missi Roti. It is a flavourful flatbread made with gram flour and spices.

This is our classic Chana Masala and Amritsari Kulcha. The fluffy, stuffed kulcha is the perfect partner for the spicy chickpea curry.

Amritsari Kulcha and Chole, a crispy, buttery delight meets spicy, tangy perfection. This combination is a classic from the streets of Punjab.

Our Chicken Biryani, cooked with fragrant rice, tender chicken, and a blend of aromatic spices. This video shows a close up of this all time favourite dish.

Swag da Biryani. Every grain of our biryani dances with Punjabi flavour, with a boiled egg on top for extra goodness.

We believe a bad day can be fixed with a plate of biryani. Our flavourful Chicken Biryani is pure bliss in a bowl.

Experience the essence of authentic Punjabi flavours with our Chicken Biryani. It is a complete meal in itself, rich and aromatic.

About Breads, Biryanis, and Pulao

When you order our naan, know that it comes straight from a live clay tandoor, not a tawa or oven. We keep the dough fresh and hand-stretch every piece just before it hits your table, ensuring that signature charred crispness on the outside and the soft, fluffy texture on the inside.

Authentic Punjabi food is not just about the curry; it is about the base that carries those flavours. Our bread and rice selection is designed to complement our rich gravies. Whether you are pairing a classic Dal Makhani with a buttery garlic naan or enjoying a bowl of our spiced biryani, we focus on the foundation of every meal.

Our tandoor is the heart of our kitchen. We use traditional techniques to make our rotis, naans, and kulchas. You will find that our Amritsari Kulcha has the right balance of a crispy exterior and a soft, stuffed centre. Because we make these fresh to order, they arrive at your table (or your doorstep) hot, just as they should be. We do not believe in par-baking or reheating.

For our biryani and pulao, we follow the same patience-heavy approach. Every grain of basmati is cooked with whole spices, and our meat is slow-marinated to ensure the flavour penetrates through to the bone. You will not find overly bright colours or shortcuts here—just the honest, aromatic smell of slow-cooked rice, meat, and traditional masalas.

We serve these staples across our Bangalore outlets, from Sarjapur Road to Indiranagar. If you are ordering for a home gathering, we recommend pairing our biryanis with a side of our sirka pyaaz (vinegar onions) and green chutney, which helps cut through the richness of the meal. We treat every order as if we are feeding our own family, keeping the quality consistent whether you are dining with us or ordering in.

I am Bharat Dham, and I still check the tandoor and the rice pots myself. My team and I believe that if the bread is not soft and the biryani is not fragrant, it is not Punjabi food. We are here to feed you the same way we feed our own families.
