I love showing everyone our wall of fame. We have been receiving awards for our authentic North Indian food for 24 years, and we wanted to display them proudly in our newly renovated space.

About this collection

You will see a fresh look in our dining space, but the recipes? They are exactly what Papa started with 25 years ago. Whether it is our slow-cooked Dal Makhani or the charcoal-smoked kebabs, we haven't changed a single thing about the taste because that is our family's promise to you.

Our journey started in 2003 with a simple goal: serving real, home-style North Indian khana in Indiranagar. Renovating this place was a khatta meetha experience for us. It was stressful to change the space that held so many memories, but we wanted to create a new home for our guests while keeping the old soul intact. We hand-picked every detail, from the tiles to the custom Heeramandi-inspired painting that celebrates Indian culture and powerful women.

We still use the same secret, 100-year-old masalas that my Papa swore by. We don't take shortcuts. We cook our meats in a traditional charcoal tandoor for that smoky, tender finish that you just cannot replicate with gas or electric ovens. We use shudh desi ghee for our parathas and daily-fresh paneer because we believe that the ingredients define the quality of the meal.

Whether you are here for a quick lunch or a family dinner, you are eating food made with the same love we have always put into our kitchen. We have displayed our awards and our story on the walls, not to show off, but to share where we have come from.
