About this collection
When you order from us, you aren't getting standard catering food that has been sitting in a warmer. Every curry, kebab, and bread is prepared in our Indiranagar kitchen just before it heads to your event. We use the same hand-ground, 100-year-old spice mixes that we have used since my Papa started this journey in 2003, ensuring that smoky tandoori flavour and the richness of our Dal Makhani hits your table exactly how it tastes in our restaurant.
No Shortcuts, Just Honest Food
We believe that good food needs time, so we never rush the process. Whether it is our Dal Makhani that is slow-cooked for hours or our Murgh Akbari Kebab that spends time over charcoal, we stick to the traditional way of doing things. You won’t find us using preservatives or shortcuts here.
Freshly Prepared for Every Order
Our catering isn't pre-plated, reheated food. We prepare everything fresh in our kitchen. Because we manage everything from our Indiranagar base, we can ensure that the freshness of our Paneer Lababdar or the crispness of our Tandoori rotis stays intact from our kitchen to your table. If you are ordering bulk curries or starters, we pack them in sealed containers to make sure they reach you hot and ready to serve.
Customising Your Experience
If you are planning an office lunch or a family get-together, we don’t just deliver boxes; we help you plan the menu. Want a live tandoor counter where our chef makes fresh Naan for your guests? We can do that. Looking for a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters? We can customise the quantities based on your guest list so you don't over-order or run out. Just let us know your vibe, and we will handle the rest.
