About this collection
Our rice dishes are built on simplicity. We don't believe in heavy, overly spiced biryanis that weigh you down. We use fragrant basmati, slow-cooked to let the natural aroma of the rice shine. On the experimental side, our new Stuffed Soya Chaap is becoming a kitchen favourite, filled with paneer and our own secret aromatics—it’s a trial we are quite proud of.
