About Our Food Gallery
When you order from us, you get the exact same masalas we used when we started twenty years ago. We do not change our preparation for trends or fusion, because the taste of home does not need updating. Whether it is a late-night craving or a family feast, every portion is packed with the same consistency that our regulars in Bangalore have trusted for years.
Authenticity is the core of our kitchen. We believe that Punjabi food does not need 'elevation' or fancy plating. It needs the right balance of spices, slow cooking, and the patience to get the texture of a dal or the softness of a naan just right.
Since 2000, we have stayed committed to the same recipes. You will find that our Dal Makhani has the same richness, and our Butter Chicken has the same familiar flavour whether you visit us at our Sarjapur Road outlet, Indiranagar, HSR Layout, or Ganganagar.
We focus on the basics of a great meal:
- The Tandoor: We use traditional clay ovens to get that smoky char on our Paneer Afghani and Chicken Tikkas.
- The Gravies: Our curries are never rushed. We let the masalas cook until they release their full flavour, creating the thick, soul-satisfying consistency you expect from authentic North Indian cuisine.
- The Breads: From buttery naans to stuffed kulchas, everything is prepared fresh so it hits your table (or doorstep) piping hot.
This is not a formal restaurant where you need to dress up. It is a place meant for your pura parivaar (whole family) to gather, eat well, and relax. We keep our menus straightforward because the food speaks for itself.

I am Bharat Dham, and I started Punjabi Rasoi to bring real Punjab da swaad to Bangalore. I am still the same cook who checks every tadka in the kitchen because for me, it is all about serving honest, comforting food that feels like a warm hug.
