You might notice the awards from chefs like Sanjeev Kapoor in our gallery, but the real reward for us is when a regular customer says our Paneer Lababdar tastes exactly like the one they grew up eating. We don't use shortcut spice mixes; every masala you taste in our gravy is still hand-ground in our kitchen, just the way my Papa taught us back in 2003.
