Our Training Facility and Community at Aerial Zone
A fully matted, safe indoor space in Gottigere where students build real strength. We do not just teach gymnastics; we foster the 'gundige' (courage) to try and the community to support it.

Our team at Aerial Zone Gymnastics. I am proud to coach these dedicated young athletes and watch them grow in skill and confidence.

About Our Community & Facility
When you walk into our gym in Gottigere, the first thing you will notice is the floor. It is fully matted with high-density crash mats and safety pads covering every inch of our tumbling and apparatus zones. This is not about looks; it is about providing a space where a child can attempt a cartwheel or a flip without the fear of a hard landing, allowing them to focus entirely on their form.
A Space Built for Confidence
Gymnastics is a mental game as much as a physical one. If a student is worried about the ground, they will never commit to the movement. That is why our facility in Gottigere is designed with safety as the baseline. We use professional-grade apparatus—including low beams, junior bars, and a 20ft tumble trak—all surrounded by thick crash mats.
The 'Gundige' Philosophy
We don't just run drills. We build a team environment where every student, whether in a recreational foundation batch or advanced competitive training, learns to support the person next to them. When one student masters a walkover, the whole group sees that progress. It creates a 'we are in this together' atmosphere.
How We Train
Our classes follow a structured, non-competitive group setting that emphasizes:
- Corrective Spotting: I am always on the mat, guiding movements so students learn the right technique from day one.
- Conditioning: Before we touch any equipment, we focus on strength, balance, and coordination using animal walks and core drills.
- Clear Progression: We move from basic rolls and cartwheels to advanced vaulting and uneven bar work only when the foundation is solid.
If you want a place where your child learns that 'I cannot do it' is just a temporary state, our doors are open.
