About Youth Gymnastics Programs
Why We Do What We Do
At RnR Fit, getting kids moving is our jam. We want them off their screens, flipping and laughing with friends. Gymnastics isn’t just about fancy tricks - it’s where kids learn confidence, focus, and a bit of "never give up" attitude. Our gym is safe, supportive, and honestly, everyone ends up cheering for each other.
What We Teach (And Why It Matters)
- Core strength, balance, and coordination that stick for life
- Focus and discipline, because standing on a beam requires some serious concentration
- Confidence building through gymnastics - landing that first cartwheel feels like winning gold
- Grit, resilience, and bouncing back after a fall (literally!)
- Team spirit - our crew becomes a kid’s second family
Classes for Every Kid
- Toddlers (3-5 years): Loads of fun, basic moves, and a lot of laughter
- Beginner gymnastics for children: Rolls, handstands, and the basics to build up safely
- Rhythmic gymnastics (girls): A mix of dance, flexibility, and twirling apparatus

Real Progress, Real Fun
We celebrate every milestone, from learning to jump without falling to competing at big meets. Doesn’t matter where your kid starts - we’re here for their journey.

My Story
10 years back, we kicked off RnR Fit with just one dream - let kids be kids, ya know? Gymnastics here is more about giggles, stumbles, and finding your own groove. Sure, we've got champs who’ve gone all the way to Las Vegas, but honestly, the biggest wins are those wobbly first tries and the crazy friendships built on the mat. Our #RnRFamily? We do movie nights, festival parties, random learning sessions - it’s all about memories, not just medals.
My Work
Programs for All Ages - We run recreational gymnastics classes, competitive training for kids 3-14, summer camps, and adult gymnastics sessions.
