Gymnastics and Strength Training for Kids in Gottigere

I teach kids that gymnastics is about more than just flipping. It’s about building the 'gundige' (courage) to try, fall, and get back up. My classes at Aerial Zone are all about safe, disciplined training.

I am always right there on the mat with my students, spotting them through every move. Safety and building trust are the foundation of my coaching, giving kids the courage to try new things.

This is what dedication looks like. We work step by step to build the strength, balance, and flexibility needed for advanced skills like this perfect split on the balance beam.

From basic tumbles to powerful somersaults on the tumble trak, I guide students as they progress. Seeing them achieve a new flip is a reminder of the confidence that comes from hard work.

In my classes, students learn focus and discipline while also encouraging each other. Here, two young gymnasts practice their balance and form on the beams during a group session.

Training the late Puneeth Rajkumar was an honor. His attitude of ‘en madistira nanu madtini’ (Whatever you make me do, I will do it) is the spirit I bring to my gym. It takes real 'gundige' (guts) to do a back-lift, and he had it.

Every session starts with conditioning to build a strong foundation. Here, my students work on their posture and strength with ankle weights, a key part of our gymnastics fitness program.

I provide hands-on assistance for all equipment training, especially on the bars. My goal is to ensure every child learns in a safe, controlled environment while building upper body strength.

Gymnastics is about pushing your limits and finding your balance, not just in the gym but in life. I lead by example, showing the strength and control that I teach my students.

We believe in teamwork and having fun. For my youngest students, building a love for movement and a sense of community is just as important as learning the skills.

About Featured

My training at Aerial Zone isn't just about showing up. We run 60-minute sessions that demand focus from the very first minute. Whether it’s a simple cartwheel or a vault, I am on the mat with your child, spotting every movement personally because safety is the only non-negotiable rule here. If your child is ready to push past 'I can't do it' and put in the work, they are ready for my gym.
