My passion for fitness and strength is something I bring to every coaching session. I believe in leading by example.
Strength training is a part of my own routine and a principle I teach my students. A strong body is a safe body in gymnastics.

About Meet Coach Kumar
You won't find me standing on the sidelines watching the clock. I am right there on the mat, spotting every flip and correcting your form. Safety is my first priority, but we do not hold back on the intensity—if you are willing to sweat and push your limits, I am here to spot the tough moves and guide you through them.
My Training Philosophy
Fitness is more than just a job; it is my life. I believe that gymnastics is about building 'gundige' (courage). When I trained the late Puneeth Rajkumar, I saw that spirit—the 'en madistira nanu madtini' (Whatever you make me do, I will do it) attitude. That is exactly what I cultivate here at Aerial Zone. Whether you want to master a simple cartwheel or a somersault, you need to bring that same fire.
What You Can Expect
- Hands-on Coaching: I am always on the mat. I provide one-on-one spotting for everything from basic handstands to advanced tumbling, ensuring you are safe while you test your limits.
- Structured Batches: We run a Recreational Foundation batch for those starting out, focusing on motor skills and basic apparatus work. For dedicated athletes, I offer Advanced Competitive Training with a higher frequency and intensity, covering vaulting, bars, and floor routines.
- Safe Facility: We train in a fully matted, indoor facility in Gottigere, equipped with professional beams, bars, and a 20ft tumble trak.
