My approach isn't about building gym strength; it's about building muscle memory. In these sessions, we don't just talk theory. You’ll practice striking on pads and scenario drills, like defending against an elevator attack or an unwanted grab, until it becomes instinct. You’ll learn to use your body's natural weapons—knees, elbows, and palms—to create the opening you need to escape safely.
