Weapon threats are fast and unpredictable. My training focuses on controlling the threat, creating distance, and escaping safely. No movies, just reality.

This is a gun disarm from the front. The principles are simple: redirect the weapon away from your body, control the arm, and attack the attacker. We practice this until the response is immediate and instinctive.

My Knife Fighting Workshop is for those who want to understand the reality of a blade. We cover handling, offensive and defensive strategies, and the mindset needed to survive a knife attack.

Defending against a knife is about controlling the weapon arm. This image shows a simultaneous block and counter, a core principle of Krav Maga. Your goal is to neutralize the threat and create an escape route.

When facing a stick attack from the side, closing the distance is key. I teach you to move in, block the strike, control the weapon, and counter-attack with knees before disarming the opponent.

A knife attack is chaotic. Here, I'm demonstrating how to control the attacker's arm while delivering a knee strike to a vulnerable area. This disrupts their balance and ability to continue the attack.

This is a knife defense drill, focusing on controlling the weapon and creating an opportunity to disarm. Notice the grip on the attacker's wrist and the simultaneous counter-attack.

In this knife defense scenario, I'm controlling the attacker's weapon arm while bending them over to disrupt their posture and control. This is a critical step before attempting a disarm.

This video shows a stick defense and disarm. The key is to move into the attack, not away from it, to control the weapon at its source.

A demonstration of a stick defense technique. The first step is always to block the weapon and protect your head. From here, we move to control and disarm.

After blocking a stick attack, the next move is to counter-attack to create an opening. Here, I'm showing how to strike the opponent while maintaining control of the weapon.

About Facing Armed Threats: Knife, Stick & Gun Defense

When a weapon is pointed at you, panic is your biggest enemy. I do not teach you to be a hero; I teach you to survive. We drill weapon control, which means instantly redirecting the blade or barrel away from your vitals before even attempting a disarm. You will practice this under stress so your body reacts before your brain even processes the threat.

In a real street encounter, there are no referees and no rules. Whether you are facing a knife, a stick, or a firearm, the objective is singular: survival. At our CR Park academy, we move away from traditional martial arts choreography. You are not here to learn katas or win points; you are here to learn how to close the distance, secure the limb, and neutralize the danger.

We use training aids like rubber knives and plastic guns to mimic real-world attacks. You will learn to handle threats in confined spaces like elevators, cars, or alleyways. We also prioritize the survival mindset—how to manage fear so you do not lock up when the weapon appears. If you are a civilian, a security professional, or just someone who wants to walk the streets without fear, this training provides the technical blueprint to get home safe.

We run specialized workshops for specific weapon scenarios, so you do not just learn theory; you get the reps in until the response becomes muscle memory. This is not about fighting; it is about knowing how to avoid the conflict whenever possible, and knowing exactly what to do when you have no other choice.
