About From the Archives
This isn't just about learning a few moves. Scroll through these photos to see the reality of our sessions, from full-contact drills to specialized workshops, and get a sense of the environment we create. You will see people from all walks of life—cops, corporate professionals, and students—putting in the work to build actual combat readiness rather than practicing for a sport.
What you see in these archives is a collection of thousands of hours spent on the mats in our CR Park facility. Since 2014, we have stayed away from the theatrical side of martial arts. These visuals show exactly what to expect: high-intensity conditioning, realistic scenario drills, and the focus required to stay calm when things go wrong.
Why We Train This Way
We don't do rituals. We focus on Krav Maga, which is a system designed for one thing: getting home safe. Whether it is a workshop on dealing with armed threats or a standard 36-session batch, the objective is the same. We train you under stress so that when you face a real-life situation, you don't freeze.
Who Trains With Us?
Our community is diverse. We have trained 50,000+ women in collaboration with the Delhi Police, and our batches regularly include security professionals, teenagers learning bully prevention, and office-goers looking for functional fitness. You do not need to be an athlete to start. You just need the will to learn. If you are looking for a place where ego is left at the door and hard work is the only currency, this is where you belong.
