Dekho, I do not teach martial arts for show. I teach kids how to handle bullies and stay safe using simple, real-world self-defense. It is about confidence, discipline, and being ready for the real world.

About Next Generation Warriors: Kids & Youth Training
This is not a sports class where winning trophies is the only goal. When your child learns with me, they learn how to recognize a potential bully, how to de-escalate, and when to act. I focus on physical coordination and mental toughness so they can walk away from trouble before a fight even starts.
Training your child to be safe is different from training an athlete. In my classes at Chittaranjan Park, we move past the traditional martial arts mindset of medals and forms. Instead, we focus on reality-based Krav Maga principles tailored for younger minds.
What your child will learn:
- Situational Awareness: Recognizing danger signs early.
- De-escalation: Using voice and posture to stop a bully before physical contact happens.
- Practical Defense: Simple, instinctive moves to break grabs, escape holds, and get away if someone attacks.
- Combat Fitness: Building functional strength, balance, and coordination through drills that are actually fun.
The best defense is the one you never have to use. By drilling stress-based scenarios, I ensure that if your child is ever cornered—whether at school or in public—they do not freeze. They react. We work on their confidence, teaching them that they are capable, strong, and in control.
These sessions are physically demanding but safe, designed to burn energy while instilling discipline. We provide a supportive environment where they learn to push their limits, respect their peers, and develop the mental toughness to handle life challenges. Whether they are naturally shy or hyperactive, these survival skills serve them everywhere.
