About The Grind: How We Train

We don't believe in flashy moves that work only in a studio. Our training focuses on stress-based conditioning, where we push you to physical exhaustion before introducing a technique. This ensures that when your heart rate spikes in a real threat, you don't freeze. You react. We prioritize muscle memory and instinct, stripping away the complex rituals to keep your movements simple and effective.

The Training Structure
