About Specialized Workshops & Courses
In these workshops, we don't do theory. Whether it's a 4-hour anti-carjacking seminar or a 10-day bootcamp, you are training under physical stress. You learn to handle a knife threat or an aggressor while your heart rate is spiked, not while standing still in a calm gym, because that is the only way muscle memory actually works on the street.
Training for Reality, Not for Show
My workshops aren't about learning katas or fancy tournament movements. We focus on stress inoculation—training you under heavy physical fatigue so your brain doesn't freeze when things go south. You get 60 to 90 minutes of pure grind, testing your reactions against pads and partners who are instructed to act like real-world threats, not practice dummies.
What You Can Expect
- Civilian-to-Warrior Bootcamp: A 10-day, 60-hour immersion course that covers the entire Level 1 and 2 Krav Maga syllabus. We train on concrete to simulate actual friction, covering everything from choke defenses to ground survival.
- Targeted Seminars: If you can't commit to a full course, my single-day workshops (3-4 hours) break down specific survival scenarios like anti-carjacking, stick fighting, and knife defense. You get the principles, the drills, and the Q&A to apply these skills immediately.
- The Environment: Whether you train at our CR Park facility or our Gurgaon studio, expect industrial fans, 20mm jigsaw mats, and a hardcore atmosphere. We use heavy bags, Thai pads, and training weapons (plastic knives, rubber sticks) to keep the feedback honest.
This isn't about being gym-fit. It's about being street-ready. You will leave with a sore body, but you will also leave with the confidence that if you are threatened, you know exactly what to do to get home safe.
