Adding ankle weights to your walk is a great way to increase the intensity of low-impact cardio. I incorporate these for clients to build leg strength and burn more calories without straining their joints.

In this video, I show you how to take your regular walk to the next level by adding weights. You can use a backpack, water bottles, or ankle weights to make it a full-body workout.

Before we start, I do a proper physical movement assessment to see where you actually stand. We do not jump into heavy lifting on day one. I need to know your medical history and daily stress levels first, because I build the plan around your body, not the other way around.
