Adding ankle weights to your walk is a great way to increase the intensity of low-impact cardio. I incorporate these for clients to build leg strength and burn more calories without straining their joints.

In this video, I show you how to take your regular walk to the next level by adding weights. You can use a backpack, water bottles, or ankle weights to make it a full-body workout.

About this collection

Before we start, I do a proper physical movement assessment to see where you actually stand. We do not jump into heavy lifting on day one. I need to know your medical history and daily stress levels first, because I build the plan around your body, not the other way around.

I offer flexible training because I know life in Bangalore gets busy. If you cannot make it to a gym, I bring the gym to you. My home-training services cover North Bangalore and Yelahanka, where I travel to your location with portable equipment like resistance bands and ankle weights.

How I Approach Nutrition

I do not believe in crash diets. A diet chart should be something you can actually follow without feeling miserable. Whether you are dealing with PCOS, managing thyroid issues, or working on postpartum recovery, I design meal plans based on your metabolic needs, not just generic calorie counting. I even ask for a daily food audit—you send me photos of your meals—so we can adjust in real-time.

Why Technique Matters

Many people think fitness is just about moving fast. It is not. Whether we are training outdoors in a park or in your living room, the first thing we focus on is your form. If your technique is wrong, you are just waiting for an injury. I track your progress by recording your movement quality and strength gains, not just the number on the scale.
