If you walk in tired or sore, we do not force a rigid routine just because the calendar says it is leg day. I adjust our 1-on-1 sessions based on how your body feels that day. Sometimes you need a push, and sometimes you need active recovery. My goal is to keep you consistent without burning you out.

My approach to 1-on-1 personal training is simple. It is about you, your goals, and how you feel on the day we meet. We stop guessing and start tracking progress with weekly measurements and adjustments to your routine.

Whether you are looking for strength coaching in Kumaraswamy Layout, a post-pregnancy weight loss plan, or just need someone to hold you accountable, we start with a conversation. We do not do boring, one-size-fits-all workouts. If you find a movement challenging, we adapt it. If you want to train at home, I provide remote coaching with video check-ins to ensure your form is safe.
