Fitness is not about guesswork or following the latest influencer trends. I build your routine based on data, mobility, and correct form.

In fitness, one size does not fit all. I start with every client by conducting a functional movement screening and personalized fitness tests to create the right plan for their body and goals.

This is what a baseline assessment looks like. We check everything from deep squat mobility to detailed body composition metrics like muscle mass and visceral fat. This data is crucial for creating an effective program.

The sit-and-reach test helps me identify areas for improvement in a client's hamstring and lower back flexibility. This is a key part of designing a well-rounded program that includes mobility work.

Safety is the top priority when testing a one-repetition maximum (1RM). Here, I am spotting my client carefully as we find his true max squat, which we use to program his future strength workouts.

I meticulously track every client's progress using a detailed programming sheet. This allows me to monitor performance, make adjustments, and ensure we are always moving towards the client's goals.

"Squeeze your back." I provide constant verbal cues and hands-on correction to ensure perfect posture. Here, I'm guiding my client through a TRX row to maximize muscle engagement and prevent injury.

This is Day 1 of mastering the single-leg squat. We use a bench for support to build control and confidence. Every rep is about progress, not perfection.

Don't neglect your shins. I'm demonstrating shin raises, or dorsiflexion, an often-overlooked exercise that is crucial for strengthening the lower leg and preventing injuries like shin splints.

Guiding a client through a hack squat. I'm ensuring he goes deep enough to get full engagement while maintaining proper form. My job is to push you safely past your limits.

Pushing a client through a tough set of deadlifts. When he thinks he can't do more, my job is to show him he can. This is where mental and physical strength are built.

About My Method: Assessment, Tracking & Technique

Before we pick up a weight, I check your movement. We look at deep squats, mobility range, and body composition data to find exactly where your body needs work instead of guessing.
