Operational Reality
I operate primarily out of North Bangalore and Yelahanka, offering both at-home personal training and digital programming for those further away. My sessions run 60 to 75 minutes because proper warm-ups, assisted stretching, and safety monitoring take time. If you are looking for a quick fix, my style is not for you.
