How I Train

  • Technique comes first, always. Strength follows only after form is solid.
  • Progress is slow sometimes, but that’s normal. Consistency is what matters.
  • I don’t believe in copying influencer workouts. Yar helta iddare (who is telling you to do that)? Every kid’s body is different, so every program is different.

  • Junior athlete strength training: basics first, then safe weights, plus regular fitness tests.

My Story

Namaskara, Kiran here. My journey started in a no-AC gym, only iron and sweat. Even today, I go back there to remind myself what real effort means. Early mornings, heavy lifts, and that 190kg deadlift still makes me smile, tumbha khushi aayitu. Weekdays are packed, but home is sacred - phone off, time for my queen, my princess, and my bike. For me, being rich is about these moments, not money.
