- Support: Access to WhatsApp accountability group.
- Nutrition: Basic dietary thumb rules (excludes personalized meal plans).
Semi-Private Strength & Barbell Training (5x Weekly)
Operational Details
- Schedule: 5 sessions per week (Monday through Friday).
- Duration: 60 to 75 minutes to allow for rest periods between sets.
- Batch Size: Limited to 3-5 participants for hands-on attention.
- Cohorts: Available for mixed groups or specialized 'StrongHer' women-only batches.
Technical Focus
- Equipment: Heavy reliance on barbells, plates, benches, and dumbbells.
- Compound Lifts: Instruction on deadlifts, squats, chest press, and rows.
- Methodology: Progressive overload aimed at increasing lifting capacity periodically.
- Safety: Tactile form correction and spotting during heavy lifts.
Goals & Monitoring
- Objective: Muscle toning, fat loss, and body recomposition.
- Tracking: Monitoring of weights lifted to track strength gains.

Fitness isn't a quick fix or a trend you can pause. For me, it's about showing up, doing the work, and building real strength that sticks. I don't promise crazy weight loss in two weeks - that's not real. Technique comes first, strength follows. We train smart, not just hard, and definitely not by copying random online workouts. My Story
Namaskara, Kiran here. My journey started in a no-AC gym, only iron and sweat. Even today, I go back there to remind myself what real effort means. Early mornings, heavy lifts, and that 190kg deadlift still makes me smile, tumbha khushi aayitu. Weekdays are packed, but home is sacred - phone off, time for my queen, my princess, and my bike. For me, being rich is about these moments, not money.
