Namaskara, Kiran here. My journey started in a no-AC gym, only iron and sweat. Even today, I go back there to remind myself what real effort means. Early mornings, heavy lifts, and that 190kg deadlift still makes me smile, tumbha khushi aayitu. Weekdays are packed, but home is sacred - phone off, time for my queen, my princess, and my bike.
