I often share the stories and traditions behind asanas, connecting practice with Indian mythology and texts like the Bhagavad Gita.
We might use props, like blocks and chairs, to make things accessible or more effective - nothing fancy, just practical.
Sessions are online or in-person (Ahmedabad only).
