This collection showcases dynamic postures that build physical power, core stability, and unwavering focus. Through a dedicated *abhyasa* (practice), we will work on everything from foundational standing poses to advanced arm balances, strengthening the body to support a calm and steady mind.
Deepening Flexibility & Mobility
Yoga is a science of creating space in the body to allow for a greater flow of *prana*, or life force. This cluster focuses on asanas that increase flexibility in the hips, spine, and shoulders. We will work on forward bends to calm the mind, backbends to energize the body, and twists to detoxify the organs.
