About Self-Defense for Women & Girls
We do not waste time on sports forms that fail outside the dojo. Our 10-session Street Survival Module focuses on effective techniques that are banned in tournaments: groin strikes, eye gouges, and throat strikes. We prioritize situational awareness and escaping high-risk scenarios like hair grabs, wrist grips, and bear hugs. As I always say, 'Apni ladki ko sikhao thappad kaise maarna hai, roti toh baad mein bhi ban jayegi' (Teach your daughter how to slap, making rotis can wait).
Most martial arts classes focus on fitness or belts, but we prioritize your survival. This is not a standard fitness class. In our Women's Street Survival Module, we simulate real-world threats like molestation, stalking, and domestic abuse situations. You will learn how to use your voice as a weapon, how to de-escalate when possible, and how to execute explosive, dirty fighting techniques when you have no other choice. Because we limit our batches to 8–12 participants, every student gets direct feedback on their power generation and escape tactics. We do not teach you to look pretty. We teach you to be capable. Whether you are a student, a working professional, or a homemaker, the goal is simple: ensure you walk out of our class safer, stronger, and more confident than you walked in. There is no room for excuses, just hard work and the discipline to defend yourself.
