About Practical Self-Defense
In my sessions, we do not just memorize patterns. You will practice escaping specific scenarios like collar holds or headlocks until the movement becomes muscle memory. It is not about flashy moves for a movie screen; it is about neutralizing a threat and finding the quickest path to safety.
My approach to self-defense training in Delhi NCR is rooted in reality. When you train with me at Warriors Martial-Art, we strip away the unnecessary flair and focus on techniques that work when you are actually in a bind. We use a mix of MMA conditioning, Taekwondo footwork, and street-fighting escapes to prepare you for diverse situations.
Why This Training Works
- Muscle Memory: We repeat drills until your reaction to a grab or push is automatic.
- Adaptable Techniques: You learn how to use an attacker's momentum against them, so your own size or strength does not have to be the deciding factor.
- Women's Safety: I conduct specialized workshops that focus on real-world scenarios—from grab defense to situational awareness in public spaces.
How We Train
Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your skills, we start with the basics of stance and balance. You will work on:
- Escaping common street holds (headlocks, collar grabs).
- Creating distance from an aggressor.
- Using defensive blocks and counter-strikes.
We offer training at our centers in Patparganj and Vasundhara, or I can come to your society, school, or home for private sessions. This is not about fighting for the sake of it; it is about building the focus, strength, and confidence to walk through the world feeling secure. If you are ready to put in the work, you will find the fighter inside you. Bahut badhiya, shaabaash—let's get started.
