Gravity-defying designs that taste as good as they look. From 4-foot tall building replicas to intricate 3D sculptures, I build edible memories for your biggest celebrations.

We were commissioned to create this massive building cake for a 75th birthday celebration. Standing over 4 feet tall, it's a replica of the company's buildings, complete with a lake and greenery at the base.

For the ultimate Doctor Who fan, a cake that's bigger on the inside! This TARDIS cake was a fun structural challenge, getting all the angles and details of the iconic police box just right.

This was a fun and unusual request: a giant kiwi cake! We created this 5kg cake to look exactly like a sliced kiwi, and the team did an amazing job, especially with less than 24 hours' notice.

A cake for a momo lover! This entire dim sum steamer basket is a cake, and the momos on top are made of fondant. It was a delicious challenge to make it look so realistic.

A birthday cake for a dad who loves the outdoors. This cake is a fully edible scene, featuring a sculpted backpack, a hand-painted map, and other little details that tell a story.

For the sneakerhead in your life. This cake is designed to look like a Nike shoebox, with a hyper-realistic, completely edible Air Jordan sneaker on top. Every detail, from the laces to the logo, is crafted from sugar.

A hand-painted Arai helmet cake for a biker's 13th birthday. This was a structural cake that required careful sculpting and detailed painting to replicate the original helmet design.

A luxurious Rolex-themed cake. The green watch box is the cake, and it's topped with a detailed, edible Rolex watch resting on a sugar pillow. A perfect cake for a milestone birthday.

A cricket stadium cake for Uvi's 13th birthday. We recreated the stadium structure, with the centre filled with sprinkles to look like a cheering crowd.

A "Countries of the World" cake for Benak's 8th birthday. The cake is topped with a hand-painted globe and decorated with the flags of many different nations.

About Sculpted & Structural Masterpieces

These projects are closer to engineering than standard baking. For structural designs, I build food-safe internal frames using wood or metal to ensure the cake stands up securely. Because this involves serious planning, fabrication, and custom carving, I require a minimum of 2 to 4 weeks to prepare the structure before we even start the baking process.
