Custom Sculpted & 3D Novelty Cakes in Bangalore
If you can dream it, I can sculpt it. From guitar amplifiers to sofa sets, I turn your wild ideas into edible art.
This cake for a 40th birthday features a sculpted guitar amplifier and a miniature replica of the recipient's own guitar. I'm really enjoying exploring textured finishes with ganache and buttercream.
A 10th work anniversary cake for an employee at a furniture company. The cake is carved into the shape of a sofa, complete with a custom figurine, cushions, and a miniature living room scene.

A basketball cake with a realistic textured surface. The bottom half is a dummy to ensure the sphere stands upright. I used a small piping tip to create the texture, which was a lot of work but worth it to avoid making the cake overly sweet.
A fashion-themed cake featuring a miniature Aldo handbag and a bottle of Chanel No. 5 perfume. I especially loved hand-painting the perfume bottle to give it a transparent, glass-like effect.

About Sculpted & Novelty Cakes
When I build these sculpted designs, I often use structural tricks, like dummy bases for height or ganache sealing for stability, to make sure the cake survives the journey to your venue. I obsess over the small details, like hand-painting textures, to ensure your cake looks exactly like the concept while balancing the icing so it is not overly sweet.
Sculpting a cake is rarely just about baking. It is an exercise in structural engineering and artistic patience. When you bring me a concept, like a guitar amplifier for a 40th birthday or a living room scene for a work anniversary, the first thing I do is plan the stability. Whether that means hiding a dummy core inside a basketball-shaped cake or using ganache to achieve a sharp, realistic finish, the goal is always to deliver something that looks wild but tastes like home.
I treat my kitchen in Malleswaram as a studio. I hand-sculpt every element, from the texture of a couch cushion to the transparent, glass-like finish on a perfume bottle. I believe the 'wow' factor shouldn't come at the cost of the flavor. That is why I am careful with my icing ratios—a larger nozzle might cover a cake faster, but it often creates a sugar overload that ruins the experience. I would rather spend an hour with a smaller piping tip, even if my hands cramp up, to get that perfect balance.
If you have a theme, bring it to me. I love digging into the technicalities of turning a memory or a hobby into a centerpiece. My process always starts with a sketch or a doodle to ensure we are on the same page. Since these cakes are delicate, they are available for pickup at my Malleswaram studio. Just remember to bring a car with the AC on, and I will take care of the rest.
