Buttercream designs look beautiful, but they can be tricky in Bangalore's warmth. I have developed specific structural techniques and transport guides to ensure your cake arrives at the venue looking exactly as it did when it left my studio.
When designing cakes for adults, the focus shifts to sophistication and storytelling. I often incorporate elements like gold leaf, hand-painted panels, and intricate sugar flowers to match the significance of the event, whether it is a 50th birthday, an 80th milestone, or an anniversary.
My Approach to Your Cake
Every project starts with a conversation about your vision. I work with both fondant for sharp, clean edges and Swiss Meringue Buttercream for that soft, textured look. For complex designs, I use custom internal supports to ensure the structure holds up, especially for multi-tiered showpieces.

- Sketching: I often translate these ideas into designs that balance aesthetics with structural reality.

Practical Details
- Structural Integrity: For taller cakes, I use a central rod support system.
- Transport: I provide heavy-duty boards and tall boxes. For smaller cakes, I offer pickup at my Lavonne studios in Indiranagar, Bellandur, Bellandur, or Domlur, while larger installations include on-site assembly.
- Timing: If your cake involves complex engineering or specific sugar art, please reach out at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance so I can plan the fabrication properly.
