I will always say yes to making my son's birthday cake! For his 3rd birthday, he was obsessed with monster trucks and sharks, so we combined them to make this shark monster truck cake. The whole thing, including the wheels, was completely edible!

We love a superhero theme! This video shows the making of our superhero dessert table, from crafting the tiny fondant figurines of Captain America and Superman to setting up the entire edible city.

The Disney themes are just timeless. This Moana-themed birthday cake features a two-toned buttercream finish to look like the sea and sunset, complete with handmade hibiscus sugar flowers and matching cupcakes and cake pops.

A full dessert table for a Lion King fan! The two-tiered cake features hand-painted scenes from the movie, and it's surrounded by themed cookies and cake pops with all the beloved characters.

We don't talk about Bruno, but we do talk about this Encanto cake! I loved working with the vibrant colours of the movie, creating the magical Casita with sugar flowers and edible images of the Madrigal family.

Go, Ninja, Go! This Ninjago cake was for a big fan, complete with a full set of Lego ninja figurines made from fondant. The details on each character were so much fun to create.

It's such an honour to make a child's birthday cake year after year. For Rudra's 7th birthday, we made this Kung Fu Panda cake, with Po, Tigress, and Shifu ready for action.

I usually need at least 2 weeks of lead time for structural or complex themed cakes. This gives me the space to sketch, carve, and ensure the internal supports are perfect, just like the shark-monster truck I built for my son Zev.
