We don't just stop at the main cake; I specialise in complete dessert tables. Imagine a setup with themed macarons, royal icing cookies, and cupcakes that tie the whole 'city' or 'forest' together. For structural projects, like vehicles or specific characters, I use custom internal frames to make sure they are stable and safe. I work with high-ratio sponges and Swiss Meringue Buttercream, ensuring that while it looks like a masterpiece, it actually tastes delicious. I also encourage booking in advance, especially for weekend dates, so my team and I can give your project the time it deserves.
