Every cake I bake starts with a memory, from childhood mornings in Malaysia to finding my footing here in Bangalore. Here is the story of how my passion for pastry became my everyday life.

A photo from an article about our journey. It captures a quiet moment between me and my husband, Vinesh. We've built this dream together, and it's a story of passion and partnership.

A happy moment with my son, Zev. Balancing work, family, and friends is what life is all about. These are the cherished moments that fuel my passion.

Sometimes, inspiration comes from the simplest things, like a delicious cup of mango ice cream. The flavours and colours of the food I love often find their way into my cake designs.

A snippet from an article that tells my story. I left my old job to go back to my childhood passion of cake decorating, and I've never looked back.

More from our story. Working together as a couple has been a seamless transition for us. We each have our own skills, and we trust each other to do what we do best.

This explains how my role grew over time. I started by quietly building a niche for myself as a pastry artist, and now I'm proud to be at the forefront of our creative journey.

A quote from our Head Chef about how Vinesh and I work together. He's the out-of-the-box creative, and I'm the one who focuses on timelines and operations. It's all about balance!

About My Story & Inspiration

People often ask how I went from real estate to baking. It was not an overnight decision. It was about chasing that specific comfort of a morning Kopi C and the warmth of a family kitchen. When you order a cake from me, you are not just getting a dessert, you are tapping into that same obsession with detail and storytelling. Whether it is a structural masterpiece or a classic buttercream birthday cake, my team and I treat every order like it is coming out of our own home kitchen.

From Real Estate to the Kitchen

It took a leap of faith to trade property deals for piping bags, but my Malaysian-Chinese roots always pulled me back to food. Baking for me is a way to share the warmth I grew up with. You will find that same philosophy across everything we do, from our cozy Kopitiam Lah café to the intricate wedding cakes we create at our studio.

How We Work Together

My husband, Vinesh, handles the big, wild creative ideas, while I focus on the timelines and operations. This balance ensures that your cake isn't just visually striking, but also delivered exactly when and how you need it. Because we are a team, we can handle everything from simple birthday treats to gravity-defying structural projects that require weeks of engineering and planning.

My Philosophy on Cakes

I am not interested in perfection, I am interested in connection. Whether you want a cake that looks like your favorite comic book, a realistic figurine of a loved one, or a set of macarons for a dessert table, the goal is to make it feel personal. We use high-ratio sponge cakes, imported butter, and Swiss Meringue Buttercream, because quality ingredients are where the story starts. If you have an idea, bring it to us. We will figure out how to make it edible, and delicious, too.
