Featured Custom Cakes and Handcrafted Edible Art
This gallery is a collection of my proudest projects, where big dreams become edible reality. From towering wedding showpieces to whimsical 3D creations, these cakes are the heart of what I do.
This was one for the books, the biggest cake I’ve ever made, standing almost 12 feet tall! It took two weeks and thousands of handmade gumpaste flowers, with every single petal cut and shaped by hand. Seeing it all come together for the client's engagement was a moment I'll never forget.
The brief for this birthday was simple: "lots of moving parts and a big wow factor." So, we created this dramatic, multi-level Super Mario cake with moving elements. It was a huge project that brought our whole team together to create something truly magical.
I call this one "Eclipsed Romance." It's a concept cake I designed that combines bold, dramatic colours with delicate details. I love the contrast of the black fondant, the hand-painted gold florals, and the cascade of red sugar hearts. It’s a piece of edible art.
There's nothing better than seeing a child's face light up. For my son Zev's 4th birthday, we recreated his favourite toy motorbike as a cake. Watching his excitement was the best reward for all the detailed work that went into this structural cake.
This wedding cake was for a very special couple, and it had to be a showstopper. We created this grand, multi-tiered design in a rich burgundy, with intricate hand-painted silver details and cascades of illuminated sugar flowers that lit up the reception.
My mini bento cakes are where I get to have so much fun with cute, hand-drawn designs. Each one is a tiny piece of art, perfect for gifting or just treating yourself. I love seeing all the different characters and patterns come to life in a single collection.
This was our biggest dessert table project, a whole city of superheroes! For this party, we created an entire edible cityscape where guests could pick up and eat the buildings, cookies, and cake pops. It was so much fun to design and build.
This cake is very special to me because it shows the artistic side of my craft. Our talented artist hand-painted this entire Santa Claus portrait directly onto the cake. It’s a perfect example of how a cake can be a canvas for beautiful art.
About Featured
When you see these projects, you are looking at more than just sugar and flour. Bringing a 12-foot wedding cake or a moving Super Mario structure to life requires days of structural planning, hand-molding gumpaste elements, and a dedicated team working in sync. I never start a design without understanding the story behind your celebration, so come prepared with your wildest references.
Every project featured here began with a simple conversation. Whether it is a gravity-defying sculpted piece or an elegant hand-painted wedding cake, my process is grounded in a mix of rigorous planning and artistic freedom. For structural cakes, we build custom food-safe internal frames using wood, metal, or PVC to ensure your masterpiece remains stable from the kitchen to your venue.
I typically work with high-ratio sponge cakes because they hold up best under the weight of intricate fondant work and ganache. If you prefer the softer vibe of buttercream, we can achieve that too, though it requires a slightly different approach for outdoor or large-scale events. Before we finalize anything, I highly recommend ordering one of our Cake Slice Boxes. It is the best way to test our flavours—Belgian Chocolate, Vanilla Bean, or Red Velvet—and ensures the cake tastes as good as it looks.
Remember, big concepts like our 3D masterpieces or grand showpieces need time. Please reach out at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance so we can sketch, test, and build your vision properly. I am grateful for the trust my clients place in me, and I look forward to working with you to create something that brings your own special memories to life.
