Custom Cookies, Cake Pops & Dessert Treats
Beyond the main cake, these little details turn a celebration into something special. From hand-piped royal icing cookies to themed cake pops, I love crafting the sweet extras that make your guests smile.
A collection of our intricately decorated royal icing cookies. Each one is hand-piped with a unique, colourful mandala-style pattern. They are like tiny, edible pieces of art.
For Mother's Day, we created this beautiful box of chocolate eclairs. Each eclair is decorated with a printed floral pattern, making it a truly elegant and delicious gift for all the mamas.
We collaborated with a wonderful artist to create these personalised Elf cookies for Christmas. You could even get your name piped on the banner. It was the perfect Secret Santa gift!
Our cream tart cakes are a great alternative to a traditional cake. This one, in the shape of the number 75, is layered with chocolate cream and topped with fresh berries.
A set of adorable farm animal-themed cake pops and cookies. We made little pigs, cows, horses, and sheep to create a fun barnyard party.
A collaboration with artist Alicia Souza to bring her Christmas dinosaur drawings to life as cookies. This video shows the cute, edible dino cookies being unboxed.
We were so honoured to create these beautiful cookie sets to announce the arrival of a new baby. Each box included custom cookies with the baby's name, birth date, and a cute dog portrait.
A closer look at the baby announcement cookie set. The details, like the little calendar and the dog's sweet face, make it so personal.
A cream tart cake for a 60th birthday. This one is decorated with macarons, fresh berries, and little pieces of chocolate.
Spooky and delicious Halloween cake pops. We made Jack Skellington, Frankenstein's monster, a mummy, a ghost, an eyeball, and a jack-o'-lantern.
About Cookies, Cake Pops & More
Whether it is a box of royal icing cookies shaped like your pet or a themed dessert table for a milestone birthday, these treats are all about personal touches. I work closely with you on colour palettes and designs, so if you are planning a spread, reach out a few weeks in advance—especially if you want custom toppers or specific fondant art that needs time to set perfectly.
More Than Just a Cake
Celebrations are not just about the centerpiece; they are about the little bites your guests grab while chatting. My dessert spreads are designed to complement your main theme, ensuring every sweet treat feels intentional and fits right in.
Custom Cookies & Royal Icing
My royal icing cookies are essentially edible canvases. I use shortcrust butter bases as the foundation and then hand-pipe designs—whether that is a mandala pattern, a baby announcement with the date and name, or a character theme for a kid's party. These make excellent party favours or thoughtful gifts.
Theme-Matched Treats
If you have a theme, let’s run with it. From woodland-inspired biscuits to barnyard-themed cake pops, I enjoy the challenge of translating your vision into miniature desserts. I offer:
- Cake Pops: Moist cake truffles on a stick, perfect for grab-and-go snacking.
- Cream Tart Cakes: Beautiful, modern alternatives to traditional cakes, layered with cream and topped with fresh fruit or macarons.
- Dessert Hampers: A mix of eclairs, cookies, and macarons, colour-coded to match your event’s decor.
Planning Your Dessert Table
When we plan your dessert table, we look at the flow of the event. Do you need grab-and-go items for a mingling crowd or seated desserts? I recommend starting the conversation at least 2-4 weeks before your event. This gives me time to sketch the designs and ensure the icing is prepared with the care these little details deserve.

I’m Joonie, and for me, baking is all about connecting. I pour the same love into a tiny cake pop as I do into a large tiered cake, because I know that a great celebration is built on these small, sweet details.
