About My Baking Process
I don’t believe in mass-producing cakes in a factory. Every single order is whipped, baked, and decorated right here in my Bangalore kitchen. Whether it's a themed birthday cake or a delicate bento box, I personally handle the entire process to ensure your celebration gets the freshness and care it deserves.
How It All Happens
When you order from me, you are getting a cake that was baked specifically for your timeline. I start with fresh ingredients, ensuring the sponge is moist and the flavors are spot on. I’m quite picky about my process—my chocolate truffle is a favorite, but I love experimenting with flavors like Gulab Jamun for that desi twist.
Customization & Design
My baking process is collaborative. We chat about your theme, the vibe of the event, and any specific ideas you have—whether you found a design on Pinterest or want a custom character theme. Once we lock in the details, I get to work. My kitchen is small, which allows me to focus on the details that matter, like clean piping, fondant animal modeling, or getting the perfect texture for a vintage-style cake.
Delivery & Setup
I handle the delivery across Bangalore myself or ensure it’s transported safely. For larger orders, I can even coordinate the setup at your venue so the cake looks exactly as it did when I finished decorating it. My goal is to make sure your cake is one less thing to worry about on your big day.

- Do you offer eggless cakes? Yes, just let me know when we discuss your order, and I can whip up an eggless version for most of my designs.
- How far in advance should I book? Since I work out of my home kitchen, slots fill up quickly. It’s always best to reach out as soon as you have a date in mind.
- Can you work with event planners? Absolutely. I’m happy to coordinate with your planner to ensure the cake fits perfectly into your decor.
