Because I handle everything from ideation to delivery, I bake fresh to order rather than in bulk. This means I can give your cake my full attention, but it also means I need a bit of a heads-up for your bookings. For me, baking is truly my ishq hai (life's passion). This journey started back when I was a kid playing baking games on our old computer, and today, that passion is what drives Servings of Delight.

People sometimes think baking is just a hobby or 'timepass', but the reality is quite different. When you order from me, you are getting something made with human touch, not mass-produced factory goods. My process involves:
- Concept & Ideation: Whether it's a themed bento cake or an explosion box, I spend time thinking about the design before a single ingredient is measured.
- Quality Ingredients: I don't buy in bulk to save costs. I source quality ingredients to ensure the freshness and taste of every single item.
- The 'Mess' of Magic: From the prep work to the final piping, everything happens in my home kitchen in Vijayanagar. Yes, it gets a bit messy, but that's where the magic happens!
My Craft
I specialize in 100% eggless creations. My work includes everything from intricate theme cakes and cupcakes to my favorite surprise explosion boxes. I even had the amazing opportunity to participate in Cakeology, India's largest cake show, which taught me so much and inspired me to push my limits.
How to Order
Since I bake everything fresh and customize each order, I don't keep items ready on the shelf. I deliver across Bengaluru, but I really appreciate it when you reach out at least a couple of days in advance. Chalo, let's talk about what we can bake together!
