About this collection
We don't do air-conditioned comfort zones here. Our sessions happen in a natural, terrace-style dojo where airflow and real-world conditions keep you honest. You will be hitting heavy bags and working through combinations until you find your rhythm, not just waiting in line.
Striking is the foundation of our stand-up game, whether you are training for MMA or just want a serious, high-intensity workout. We cover everything from basic footwork to advanced Dutch-style kickboxing combinations.
How We Train
Our classes focus on what works in a real fight. You will spend time on shadow boxing to perfect your form, heavy bag work to build power, and pad drills to sharpen your timing. For those ready for it, we integrate controlled technical sparring. This isn't about ego or trying to hurt each other; it is about learning to read an opponent, manage distance, and react under pressure.
The Facility
We operate out of two locations in Bengaluru—Basapura near Electronic City and HSR Layout. These are authentic training spaces with 25mm to 30mm EVA puzzle mats. Because we rely on natural ventilation, the environment mimics the intensity of a real gym. You will sweat, you will get pushed, and you will build a strong mind and body.
