We teach kids the fundamentals of MMA, BJJ, and boxing in a supportive environment. It’s about building confidence, discipline, and motor skills that help them both on and off the mat.

I believe martial arts education is essential for kids. Here I am with some of my young students in their BJJ gis. We offer both group and private classes to help them on their journey.

About this collection

I don't just tell kids what to do; I show them. In our sessions, I use tools like pool noodles for defensive drills to keep it safe and engaging for young minds. It turns the complex mechanics of boxing and BJJ into something that feels like a game, helping them develop coordination and respect without the pressure of typical competitive sports.

Training Philosophy

Martial arts is a foundation for life. Whether your child is a total beginner or just looking for a new activity, my classes are designed to build more than just physical skill. We focus on discipline, focus, and resilience.

What We Cover

  • Boxing: We use drills to teach proper stance, guard, and head movement. It builds hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
  • BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu): This is about problem-solving. Kids learn to control their body and understand leverage, which is excellent for building confidence.
  • MMA Conditioning: We keep it moving with fun circuits and bodyweight exercises that build strength and stamina, tailored for younger bodies.

Environment

Our classes in Bangalore—including our setups in HSR Layout and E-City—are designed with safety as the priority. We use 25mm-30mm EVA puzzle mats to ensure comfort and impact protection. The environment is supportive, not aggressive.

Children who train in martial arts develop a level of focus that carries over to school and other hobbies. We avoid the 'hack' or 'shortcut' mindset. Instead, we teach them that showing up, putting in the work, and staying consistent is how you get better at anything.
