About this collection

Forget complex moves that only work in movies. In our seminars and private sessions, we drill the basics until they are muscle memory. It is about recognizing a threat before it happens and having a simple, aggressive reaction ready—strikes, defensive blocks, or breaking a grip—that does not rely on you being bigger or stronger than the person facing you.

My approach to self-defense is built on the same principles as my MMA training: keep it simple, repetitive, and realistic. We do not teach choreography. Whether I am leading a corporate self-defense seminar at an office in Sarjapur or working with a client in HSR Layout, the goal remains the same—giving you tools that actually work when your adrenaline is high.
