Striking: Boxing & Kickboxing

This is the foundation of our stand-up game. We cover everything from basic punches and kicks to advanced combinations and defensive movements. Training involves shadow boxing, heavy bag work, pad drills, and controlled sparring to build sharp, effective striking for MMA or self-defense.

Grappling: BJJ & Wrestling

We cover all aspects of ground fighting, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) in both Gi and No-Gi formats, and fundamental wrestling takedowns. Our classes focus on control, positioning, submissions, and escapes, taught through drills and live rolling (sparring).

Technique of the Week

Here, I break down some of the core techniques we teach in our classes. These videos show my instructional style, focusing on clear, step-by-step details for striking and grappling. This is a sample of what you'll learn in our sessions.

For the Next Generation: Kids MMA

Our kids' program is designed to build confidence, discipline, and respect through martial arts. We teach the fundamentals of boxing, BJJ, and MMA in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Classes are available for various age groups.

Empowerment through Self-Defense

We are passionate about teaching practical self-defense skills, especially for women. This includes dedicated kickboxing classes and corporate seminars designed to build awareness, confidence, and the ability to handle real-world situations.

The Fight Team: Competition & Achievements

I don't just teach, I compete. This is where we showcase the results of our hard work. This collection features highlights from various kickboxing, BJJ, and grappling championships, including gold medals and podium finishes. This is proof that our training methods work at a high level.

Strength & Conditioning

A fighter needs more than just technique. Our training includes MMA-specific conditioning drills to build strength, stamina, and explosive power. This involves weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, circuits, and yoga to make you a complete and resilient athlete.
