Pricing Guide
Adult Group Boxing & Kickboxing
Schedule & Access
- Includes 3 to 4 sessions per week on alternating days.
- Each session lasts 60 to 75 minutes.
- Access to either Electronic City (Open-air shed setup) or HSR Layout (Indoor studio) based on signup.
Training Module
- Instruction in Technical Boxing (footwork, head movement) and Dutch Kickboxing.
- Partner drills for blocking and countering low kicks and punch combos.
- Supervised light-contact technical sparring for intermediate students.
Equipment Provided
- Usage of academy-owned USI or Invincible brand boxing gloves.
- Access to 4ft to 5ft heavy canvas bags and wrecking ball bags for uppercuts.
- Strength props include agility ladders and tractor tires (at E-City location).
Kids Kickboxing Academy (Ages 4+)
Skill Development
- Agility ladder work, cone drills, and bear crawls for balance.
- Instruction on stance, jab, cross, and basic front or roundhouse kicks.
- Strict adherence to dojo etiquette to improve focus.
Safety & Equipment
- Non-contact training focused on hitting pads and bags only.
- Usage of kid-sized boxing gloves provided by the gym.
- Gamified fitness challenges like plank competitions.
Batch Details
- Scheduled during after-school hours (typically 4:00 PM or 5:30 PM).
- Preparation for local inter-club tournaments and belt grading available.
1-on-1 Personal Training
Customization & Coaching
- 100% undivided attention from the senior instructor.
- Curriculum tailored to either technical fighting skills or weight loss cardio.
- 3 to 5 rounds of intense mitt work for immediate micro-movement correction.
Scheduling & Feedback
- On-demand slot booking between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
- Rest intervals managed according to heart rate recovery.
- Video recording of drills for visual technique analysis.
- Basic dietary advice on home-cooked nutrition.

My Way of Training
I’m Babu, and for me, shortcuts just don’t cut it. If you want to get sharper, faster, and tougher, you’ve got to show up and do the work. My classes are all about real effort - discipline, sweat, and a bit of fun mixed in.
What You’ll Learn
- We start with the basics, so even if you’re looking for beginner friendly boxing lessons, you’ll fit right in.
- I focus a lot on technique, footwork, and defense. Like I always say, boxing isn’t just about punching - it’s about not getting punched.
- Into kickboxing? We work on Dutch style kickboxing classes, drilling combos like jab-cross-roundhouse and building up to more complex moves.
- Cardio sessions mix in fitness exercises, so expect a full-body workout.
- Sparring is always technical and controlled. Doesn’t matter if you’re a newbie or a seasoned fighter, there’s a place for you.

- Kids as young as 4 (kickboxing for kids batches are pretty popular, parents love that).

My Approach
We spend time on shadow boxing, pad work, heavy bag drills, and plenty of fitness conditioning. It’s all about building a strong foundation, and nobody’s too old or young to start.
About Me
Mechanical engineer by degree, but honestly, fighting and coaching is my real job. I’ve picked up a gold medal at the Karnataka Open Kickboxing Championship and judged for WAKO too. Still learning, still hungry. After a long day, just simple home food for me. Avvalothan (that’s it).

My Story
Hey, we’re Sai MMA Academy, but most folks know our coach as Babu. Started out with machines, ended up on the mats. Training’s our life – discipline, sweat, and a bit of family temple travel mixed in. Golds in grappling and kickboxing, always chasing that next belt. Our gym’s got heart, not just muscle. Pooja with the parents, festivals, all of it matters. For us, training, faith, and family go together. That’s how we roll.

MMA, Kickboxing, BJJ (Gi & No-Gi), Boxing, S&C, Fitness - We train all - kids MMA classes, adults, beginners, fighters. Personal and group slots. Everyone’s welcome.
