Monthly Group Training (3 Days/Week)
Training Format
- Schedule: Access to Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday evening batches (Adults).
- Curriculum: Covers Muay Thai fundamentals (striking), No-Gi BJJ (grappling), and 20-minute HIIT circuits.
- Coaching: Direct instruction by Coach Ragesh or Coach Babu for 60-90 minutes.
Facility & Gear
- Equipment: Usage of Invincible vinyl heavy bags, agility ladders, and kettlebells (8kg-16kg).
- Surface: Training conducted on 20mm-25mm interlocking EVA foam mats (barefoot).
- Environment: Non-AC facility with wall-mounted fans and basic changing areas.
Essentials
- Sparring: Saturday sparring eligibility (requires own mouthguard and shinguards).
Quarterly Commitment Plan (12 Weeks)
Long-Term Access
- Duration: Valid for 3 consecutive months of evening classes.
- Value: Includes waiver of standard registration or admin fees.
- Progression: Allows coach tracking from basics to intermediate drills over a full camp cycle.
Advanced Eligibility
- Competition Prep: Potential grooming for district/state level kickboxing or grappling leagues.
- Full usage: Access to all mats, heavy bags, and conditioning equipment identical to the monthly plan.
Private Coaching Session (1-on-1)
Private Instruction
- Pad Work: Coach actively feeds strikes using focus mitts/Thai pads (distinct from student-held pads in group classes).
- Technique: Granular breakdown of striking footwork, grappling rolls, or submission defense.
Customization
- Conditioning: Circuit training tailored specifically to client fitness levels or injury limitations.
- Scheduling: Sessions typically conducted during morning or afternoon off-peak hours.

At Ippon Martial Arts & Fitness, we keep it simple. MMA here isn’t about looking cool for Instagram or fancy moves you’ll never use. We teach Mixed Martial Arts for real life - tough workouts, practical skills, and honest progress. You gotta work for it, but you’ll see the results.
Our MMA System
- Striking: You’ll get hands-on with kickboxing and boxing drills, learning how to throw solid punches and kicks. We use pads, bags, and a bit of sweat.
- Grappling: Big focus on takedowns, ground control, and submissions. We mix Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu wrestling with classic wrestling, so you cover all angles.
- Conditioning: If you’re not fit, you won’t last. We use kettlebells, ladders, bodyweight moves - all designed for functional strength training for fighters.
- Sparring: Controlled MMA sparring sessions help you actually use what you learn. It’s not about beating each other up, but growing together.

My Story
We’re iPPON, and martial arts isn’t just kicks and punches for us. It’s how we live, breathe, grow. Our head coach Ragesh’s journey took him from UFC gyms in Texas to learning from masters everywhere. Still a student, always. Nothing beats watching our folks—kids, adults—walk taller, win medals, and cheer each other on. Team iPPON in HSR isn’t just a gym, it’s our squad, our family.
