We keep our training raw and real. No Instagram flash, just steady progress in striking, grappling, and functional fitness at our HSR gym.
This is where it starts. We focus on building a strong foundation in striking, teaching combinations like the jab, cross, and hook with proper form and power, even for our youngest students.
A look at our grappling and wrestling sessions. We drill takedowns, ground control, and submission techniques, blending different styles to create a complete ground game.
Our conditioning is designed for fighters. This video shows some of our agility and mobility drills, using hurdles, ladders, and bodyweight movements to build explosive power and endurance.

Training here is about the daily grind. Whether it is striking on the pads or technical grappling drills, we focus on functional strength and actual results. You are on 20mm interlocking mats with standard gym equipment, and your training partners are there to ensure you get better every single session.

The Training System
We start with a solid foundation in kickboxing and boxing, utilizing pads and heavy bags to build speed and accuracy. Our grappling curriculum mixes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with wrestling for effective takedowns and ground control. We train you for practical application, not just for show.
Conditioning
Strength is non-negotiable. Our HIIT circuits use agility ladders and kettlebells to push your endurance to the max. You will not find air conditioning or fancy aesthetic machines here. You will find wall fans, sweat, and focused, goal-oriented training.
The Team
We are a community that competes and celebrates together. From district kickboxing gold medals to local grappling leagues, our students are living proof that consistent, hard-nosed training works. Whether you are coming in for self-defence or the fitness benefits, you will find a group of people here who will push you to your limits.
