Monthly Unlimited MMA Membership
Training Access
- Class Schedule: Unlimited attendance 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: 60 to 90 minute sessions depending on daily focus.
- Striking: Kickboxing and Boxing classes focusing on mid range drills and defense.
- Grappling: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi and No Gi) and Wrestling including positional escapes and submissions.
- Conditioning: Access to functional fitness equipment including Olympic barbells and bumper plates.
Facility Specs
- Environment: Non AC facility with natural ventilation and wall fans.
- Flooring: 25mm EVA interlocking puzzle mats suitable for takedowns.
- Amenities: Basic shared changing area and common washroom.
Community
- Group Access: Entry into team WhatsApp groups for updates on open mats and events.

- Validity: 90 days of unlimited access to all BJJ, Wrestling, and Kickboxing classes.
- Cost Savings: Includes 100% waiver of the one time registration fee.
- Progress Tracking: Monitoring of compound lifts and BJJ belt progression stripes over the 3 month period.
Advanced Training
- Sparring: Eligibility for live sparring sessions (controlled fighting) once basics are mastered.
- Competition Prep: Guidance on weight cutting and strategy for local tournaments.
- Internal Events: Eligibility to participate in internal team tournaments.
Gear Guidelines
- Facility Gear: Continued access to heavy bags and grappling dummies.
- Personal Gear: Students are expected to procure their own gloves, handwraps, mouthguards, and shin guards by this stage.

Private Training
- Coach Access: 12 sessions of 60 minutes each strictly 1 on 1 with the Head Coach or Senior Instructor.
- Mitt Work: High intensity pad work for boxing combinations not available in group classes.
- Technical Rolling: Controlled BJJ rolling to fix specific mistakes in escapes or submissions.
Custom Programming
- Strength Protocol: Tailored weight training program using gym barbells to correct form on complex lifts.
- Scheduling: Training slots available during non peak hours to ensure privacy.
- Mentorship: Direct advice on diet, recovery protocols, and fight strategy.

My Approach
I’m Shiljith, and for me, MMA is about getting stronger inside and out. Weakness is risky, so I push for progress every day. The pain you feel now? That’s tomorrow’s strength. No shortcuts, no drama - just honest work.
What We Do
We train for real life, not just for show. Whether you want MMA self-defense training, to get fit, or to compete, I cover it all.
- Grappling: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes and wrestling drills. We roll, we lose, we learn. Technique beats brute force, always.
- Striking: Kickboxing for beginners and boxing basics. Defensive moves first, then counters and combos. Bag work, shadow boxing, and lots of sweat.
- Strength & Conditioning: Deadlifts, pull-ups, power cleans. We train smart, not reckless. Form matters more than ego.
Who’s Welcome
Everyone. Doesn’t matter if you’re a pro, a total newbie, a woman, or a kid. I’ve got youth MMA programs too - building confidence and discipline early.

For Competitors
If you want national MMA competition prep, I’ll get you ready for events like ADCC India and All India Open. Winning medals is cool, but growth is the real win.

My Story
Hey, I’m Shiljith. Sport is my life - MMA, BJJ, Boxing, you name it, I’m in. If I’m not sweating it out in the ring, I’m probably smashing a shuttle or hitting cricket balls. I love taking my students out for wild adventures, no wifi, just real talk and nature’s madness. My pitbull Drona? He’s a softie, always sticking by me. I believe in setting the right example, living healthy, and keeping it real. Nature, sports, dogs - that’s my jam.
My Work
Combat Sports & Training - I coach MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for beginners, Kickboxing, Boxing, Wrestling, and strength and conditioning for fighters.
Mindset First - We train to push limits. Victory comes from getting hit, learning, and moving forward every single day.
Team Spirit - We’re a tight crew. We challenge, support, and inspire each other. Team-based boxing classes build more than muscle.
Inclusive Training - Women’s kickboxing training, drills for newbies, and everyone’s welcome. Jiu-jitsu is for all - no exceptions.
